Terms of Service | Gen Z Travellers

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Gen Z Travellers website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment terms are as follows:

30% deposit required to confirm booking
Remaining balance due 30 days before departure
Full payment required for bookings made within 30 days of departure
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges apply as follows:

More than 30 days: 10% of total cost
15-30 days: 25% of total cost
7-14 days: 50% of total cost
Less than 7 days: 100% of total cost

Force majeure events may result in full refund or rescheduling.

4. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is mandatory for all tours. It must cover medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and evacuation from high altitudes. We reserve the right to refuse participation without adequate insurance.

5. Health and Fitness

Participants must be in good health and fitness appropriate for their chosen tour. We reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe it would be unsafe. Medical certificates may be required for certain tours.

6. Safety and Conduct

All participants must:

Follow guide instructions at all times
Respect local customs and traditions
Not engage in dangerous or illegal activities
Maintain appropriate behavior throughout the tour

We reserve the right to remove participants who violate these terms.

7. Liability

While we take all reasonable precautions, we are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property. Participants acknowledge the inherent risks of adventure travel and participate at their own risk.

8. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will provide suitable alternatives when possible.
